Condor Fire Engineering is a certified small business, minority-owned firm. Condor was founded in 2026 by Senior Fire Protection Engineer, David R. Escalante. David has 16 years of experience in Fire Protection Engineering and completed his Master's of Engineering in fire protection engineering from the University of Maryland.When it comes to engineering, we believe in KISS (keep it simple, stupid). No fire protection problem is too complex for a simple solution that everyone understands. We work with our clients and the end-user for a safe solution that meets code and saves the client money both short-term and long-term.
